Olympic Race Starts at 7:30 a.m.
Sprint after the last wave of Olympic athletes.
Where:
4 H Club, 4H Club Road, Lake Park, GA 31636
Sprint Course:
500 yard swim, 14 mile bike, 3.1 mile run.

Olympic Course:
1000 yard swim, 27 mile bike, 6.2 mile run.
The Olympic bike route will complete two laps of the sprint bike route, see above.

Entry Fees:
Entry Fees are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable. In case of poor water or
weather conditions, the swim will be replaced with a run and the events will
become a duathlon (1 mile run for the 500 yard swim, 2 mile run for the 1000 yard
swim). If the event must be canceled, participants registered at that time will be
given the option to race next year and have 50% of this year’s registration count
toward the 2010 event.

Note: USAT membership numbers will be collected during the online registration process. Non-USAT members will be required to purchase a One Day License. Don't forget to bring ID and your USAT card if you are a member to Packet Pick Up.

4-7 pm packet pick up for Sprint and Olympic.
Mandatory bike check in for Olympic (optional for sprint)
6:30 pm Race Overview
6:00-6:30 pm Pasta Dinner for pre-registered athletes. Friends and family may pre-purchase for $7.50.

Information:
There will be NO PARKING in the 4H Club or along 4H Club road on race day. This will be blocked to all none emergency vehicular traffic. Parking along Long Pond near the intersection of 4H Club, Sheavette and Long Pond will also be blocked to allow safe passage of participants. Parking beyond Sheavette on Long Pond toward Hwy 41 will be allowed. Parking on other back streets or at the Lake Park Church or at Lake Park Elementary may be accessible. Do not park in a resident’s yard. You may also find some limited parking on 4H Club road between Hwy 41 and the point where traffic will be blocked for the event.
On Friday during packet pick up limited spaces will be available in the 4H Club for parking.
